The day after Thanksgiving we dragged our tryptophan-ed selves out of bed (actually, our resident rooster woke us up at 5am) and we packed into the car to drive to Vegas. Over the river and through the woods, we survived the trip to Grandmother's house with three littles! We kept them entertained with audiobooks, coloring, look-and-find books and PUFFS.
Our cousins also made the journey to the Ricci house for the weekend, and the kids had so much fun bonding. We watched football, shopped, went ice skating, and had another big, wonderful turkey dinner!
We also celebrated the first Sunday of Advent with my in-laws. I love this time of year (who doesn't, really?) and the kids had a blast helping Grandma prepare her home for the season.
